Thank God, today, we have come to those good days that we dreamed of. We made the best start of the season in recent years. We skipped 3 rounds in Europe and made it to the UEFA Europa League groups, and we made a great start there. Moreover, today, we could be standing before you as the board of directors of Beşiktaş, which has taken the leadership seat in the league. "The referee mistakes in the Alanyaspor and Amed Sportif Activities matches delayed our leadership for today. "WE INCREASED OUR STAFF VALUE FROM 140 MILLION EURO TO 273 MILLION EURO"

Pointing out that the increase in some debt items should not be perceived as 'Beşiktaş is taking on new financial burdens', Serdal Adalı said, "When we took office, we took over a Beşiktaş that had a value of 140 million euros, but had no added value and had no chance of returning these costs to its coffers. We parted ways with 34 players permanently, only 3 of these 34 players were the players we transferred by paying a transfer fee during our period. They are serious players who did not contribute the slightest to Beşiktaş. Unfortunately, we sent a group of players not by earning money, but by paying money to the base. Cleaning up the squad also cost us a lot. After these moves, we naturally spent transfer fees to establish a new and quality team. After these transfer operations, we increased our squad value from 140 million euros to 273.5 million euros. If we did not have to correct the mistakes of the past, we could not bear the costs of sending players and spend this money on our squad. "Our squad value, which is 273.5 million euros, could have been much higher. We did not spend money on Beşiktaş that would not be returnable. We did not and will not buy any players that we will be the last owner of. All the players in our current squad are at a level and capacity that can bring significant income to Beşiktaş. We will continue our efforts to make our squad structure stronger in the coming period. With the transfers we made in the last transfer period alone, the squad value of our team increased to 93 million euros." We have become one of the leading clubs in Europe in this field. Our squad structure has now reached the level we want. From now on, we will make all our expenditures only to strengthen Beşiktaş. Beşiktaş will now be managed with a vision that we emulate, that we set as an example, and that we say is not possible in Türkiye. Underlining that they have made a total of 466 million euros since the day they took office, Adalı said, "We fulfilled our promise to our community by making this squad revision in a period of only 1.5 years, as we promised on the first day. Moreover, we did not only restructure the squad. The total payment we made in the past 1.5 years is 466 million euros. During this 1.5-year term of office, we paid 1 million euros every day we left our home and went to the club, meaning you paid 55 million liras." When we took office, we managed to reduce our bank debts from 128 million dollars to 53 million dollars. Mayor Adalı said that they saved Beşiktaş from a large interest burden thanks to the payments and restructurings they made. Serdal Adalı said, "We appear before you as the board of directors that made the largest debt payment in the history of Beşiktaş. We used our own resources when making such a large debt payment. The most important of the income items is the Dikilitaş Project. Our Beşiktaş will earn a total income of 8.5 billion liras from the Dikilitaş project with today's value. If the exchange rate difference occurs in the future, this income will be much higher on a TL basis. 2.1 billion of this 8.5 billion lira income. "We have collected 100,000 lira. This project will bring at least 6.4 billion lira to our Beşiktaş. We will use a portion of this 6.4 billion lira to pay our remaining bank debt of 53 million euros. We have eliminated issues such as bank debt and interest burden from Beşiktaş's agenda and financial statements," he said.

Adding that they will hold the groundbreaking ceremony of the Dikilitaş project as soon as possible after the elective general assembly tomorrow, Adalı said, "After the land belonging to the Ministry of Youth and Sports, located in the area where our Dikilitaş project is located, is allocated to us, we will build a student dormitory in Şişli for our university students."

"OUR STADIUM REVENUES EXCEEDED 4.5 BILLION LIRAS"

Serdal Adalı stated the following about the increasing revenues during their term of office:

"We increased our Kartal Yuvası turnover by approximately 300 percent. Our stadium revenues exceeded 4.5 billion lira. By implementing the GenBeşiktaş project, we paved the way for our children and young people from Beşiktaş to become members of the general assembly. So far, we have made over 2000 of our young brothers and sisters Gen Beşiktaş members. During our term of office, we made another important breakthrough in terms of sponsorships. Our club includes the most prominent brands of Türkiye and the world. "We gained sponsorships.
