BJP should listen to RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, says Cockroach Janta Party leader

Dipke says BJP should at least listen to Mohan Bhagwat who is their mentor.

NEW DELHI: Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) leader Abhijeet Dipke on Sunday urged the BJP to “listen to RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat”, accusing the ruling party of believing that it had grown bigger than the organisation. Dipke's remarks came after Bhagwat, while addressing an event in New York, said that a Hindu who believes Muslims should not live in Bharat cannot be considered a Hindu. Dipke also criticised Prime Minister Narendra Modi over his reported use of the term “Dimagi Naxal” for protesting Gen Z. “I have been saying this from the beginning that the BJP should listen to Mohan Bhagwat. After being in power for 12 years and having so many agencies in its hands, BJP is thinking that it has grown bigger than the RSS,” Dipke said. He said Bhagwat had earlier cautioned against calling protesting Gen Z youths “anti-national”, but Prime Minister Narendra Modi used the term “Dimagi Naxal”. “But the PM (Narendra Modi) came up with a new word, 'Dimagi Naxal'. It clearly shows that the PM is not listening to Mohan Bhagwat,” Dipke said. He added that while the RSS chief speaks about inclusivity and respecting children, the use of such terms by the prime minister “doesn't look good”. “They should at least listen to Mohan Bhagwat who is their mentor... they (BJP) are in power because of the RSS,” Dipke said. Dipke also rejected suggestions that activist Sonam Wangchuk 's comments about CJP leaders indicated that they had political ambitions. Responding to a question about Wangchuk's interview with a YouTube channel, Dipke said the activist's remarks had been distorted. “He was asked whether Sourav (Das) and Ashutosh (Ranka) are having any ambitions. Wangchuk said that we are talented and good leaders and have not been corrupt till now. We have run the agitation honestly,” Dipke said. “He has spoken good things about us,” he added.What Bhagwat said in New York Addressing the ‘One World One Humanity’ event in New York, Bhagwat said different religions may follow different paths, but humanity and truth remain one. “We come from a society that believes humanity is one. If any Hindu thinks that there should be no Muslims in India, then he's not a Hindu….” the RSS chief said. “If you want call yourself hindu than you must believe that all paths are leading to the same. And every human has a dignity. There is no difference between human beings,” he added. Bhagwat also stressed the need to protect diversity while maintaining unity. “I am not a religious scholar, nor a religious authority like you, but I am working in a society which traditionally says that religions might be different, but humanity is one.

The programme focused on the theme of universal oneness and the Hindu philosophy of ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’, or the world is one family.
