Soruşturma dosyasına giren 24 Eylül 2026 tarihli bilirkişi raporunda, usulsüzlüğün kültür mantarı yetiştirme çadırları üzerinden gerçekleştirildiği ileri sürülmüştü.

Raporda, 2021 yılında yapılmış ve kullanılmakta olan 21 kültür mantarı yetiştirme çadırının 2023 yılında düzenlenen ihalede yeni alınmış gibi gösterildiği tespit edilmişti.
