While the search for 11-month-old Büşra Balıkçı, who disappeared 2 days ago in Divriği district of Sivas, continues, 5 people were detained within the scope of the investigation. The focus is on the allegation that the baby was given to someone else by his family in exchange for money.

Event; It took place on September 10 in Göndüren village in Divriği district of Sivas.

Elif Balıkçı (27), who was engaged in animal husbandry in the village where she came from Diyarbakır as a seasonal worker, called 112 Emergency Call Center and reported that she could not find her 11-month-old baby Büşra in the tent where they lived. Thereupon, AFAD and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the region.

A large-scale search was launched to find the baby. AFAD, commando and gendarmerie teams participated in the work, and artificial intelligence-supported unmanned aerial vehicles and tracking dogs were also used.

Within the scope of the investigation into the incident, 5 suspects were detained upon the allegation that the baby's family gave it to another person in exchange for money. It was learned that the number of detentions may increase while the suspects' procedures at the gendarmerie continue.
