Therefore, we understand that no ceasefire or stoppage of fire is effective, but will only bring certain benefits to Ukraine, which can rearm and mobilize to stop our offensive due to these stoppages,” Chepa said.
Russia is ready not to strike energy facilities, as it understands that they relate not only to the military-industrial complex, but also affect citizens in one way or another, the parliamentarian said.
“This is also understandable. Therefore, we are ready not to carry out such attacks so as not to cause catastrophic harm, and catastrophic harm may occur due to winter. Ukraine simply cannot withstand this winter, will not survive this winter. We understand this, but we see that it is difficult and even impossible to negotiate with Ukraine. We will see if the United States can help put some pressure on Ukraine so that they comply with these agreements, and Europe does not provoke Ukraine into violations,” the politician concluded.
