Correios Santa Claus Campaign 2026 starts on Wednesday (11) in Maranhão; find out how to participate

In the state, the cards can be adopted in person in São Luís, Caxias, Imperatriz and Timon. In the capital, they will be available at Casa do Santa Claus, located in the food court of Shopping do Automóvel Holandeses, in the Calhau neighborhood. It will also be possible to participate online, through Blog Noel.

This is the 37th edition of the campaign, which has already received more than 7 million letters throughout Brazil. In 2025, 305 thousand letters were adopted. This year, Correios' goal is to achieve the adoption of all registered correspondence.

The launch of the campaign in Maranhão will take place at 10 am on Wednesday (11), in the food court of Shopping do Automóvel Holandeses, in São Luís.

The program will feature the performance of a children's choir made up of children supported by the initiative. The group will welcome Santa Claus from the Post Office.

To participate, interested parties must choose one of the cards available at adoption points or on Blog Noel. After choosing, it is necessary to purchase the gift requested by the child and deliver it packaged and identified with the correspondence information.

The letters are sent by the children and undergo a selection process before being made available for adoption. Requests are published anonymously.

The Post Office warns that it does not deliver adoption letters directly to homes. Official requests are only available at adoption points and on the channels provided on Blog Noel.

The campaign brings together public schools, education departments, partner institutions, companies and volunteers to meet children's requests during Christmas.
