Candidates for the government of Ceará fulfill campaign agendas in Fortaleza and the interior

Other candidates also had campaign events in Fortaleza and in cities in the interior of the state. Five candidates had public agendas this Tuesday: Ciro Gomes (PSDB), Elmano de Freitas (PT), Serley Leal (UP), Vera Lúcia (Novo) and Zé Batista (PSTU).

The only agenda informed by Ciro Gomes (PSDB) for this Tuesday (29) was the debate on TV Verdes Mares, at 10:15 pm. This will be the last confrontation with candidate Elmano de Freitas (PT) on television during the 2026 election. The moment takes place at the headquarters of TV Verdes Mares, in the Dionísio Torres neighborhood, in Fortaleza.

The governor and candidate for re-election Elmano de Freitas (PT) participated in a walk alongside President Lula (PT) in the Center of Fortaleza, during the morning. The Senate candidates on the ticket, Cid Gomes (PSB) and Luizianne Lins (Rede), and the candidate for vice-governor, Gabriella Aguiar (PSD), also participated. Tonight, Elmano will also participate in the debate on TV Verdes Mares, at 10:15 pm.

Candidate Serley Leal (UP) participated in a leafleting in the Center of Quixadá, this Tuesday morning. Still in the municipality of the Sertão Central region, the candidate carried out a leafleting on the campus of the State University of Ceará (Uece). In the evening, Serley held a plenary session with supporters.

Candidate for the Partido Novo, Vera Lúcia was at a meeting with supporters in the Henrique Jorge neighborhood, in Fortaleza. He then gave an interview to a media outlet in Pacajus, in the Metropolitan Region of Fortaleza.

Candidate Zé Batista (PSTU) participated in a leafleting for workers at a construction site in Aldeota, in Fortaleza, during the morning. He then carried out another leafleting at the Siqueira Terminal, also in the capital. In the early afternoon, the candidate participated in a dialogue with construction workers and leafleting.
