Candidates fulfill their campaign agenda in Teresina and cities in the interior of Piauí

Throughout the day, the candidates participated in walks, banners, leafleting, meetings with party leaders, supporters and representatives of institutions, as well as political meetings, cultural agendas and religious events. They also gave interviews.

The first round of elections will be held on October 4th. The second round, if necessary, is scheduled for October 25th.

The candidate participated, in the morning, in a breakfast with notaries and registrars in the East Zone of Teresina. During the meeting, she committed to holding public competitions for registry offices and other sectors of public management, if elected.

"Everyone who enters the public service, in their case [notaries and registrars] who are not employees, but provide a relevant service, I argue that it has to be through a public examination, including our STF [Supreme Federal Court], the Judiciary. Everyone should go through rigorous scrutiny and enter through a public examination, and not by appointment. This would avoid a lot of damage to society. Irreversible damage to society, as we have seen currently", he said.

The candidate met with professors from the State University of Piauí (Uespi) in the morning. He then gave an interview to a news portal. At night, he participated in a cultural agenda at Praça Pedro II, in Teresina.

The candidate participated in a meeting with supporters at the open market in the city of Francisco Santos in the morning. In the afternoon, he was at the end of the festivities of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, in Capitão de Campos.

The candidate carried out leafleting at the Health Center, in front of Hospital São Marcos, this Friday morning, in Teresina. In the afternoon, he took part in a walk in the Mocambinho neighborhood, in the North Zone of the capital. In the evening, he attended a meeting in the same neighborhood.

The candidate participated in a meeting with supporters on Avenida Professor João Menezes, in São Raimundo Nonato, in the morning. In the afternoon and evening, he was in São João do Piauí, where he participated in two meetings with supporters.
