NEW DELHI: The Centre on Thursday decided to set up a bench of high court of Jammu and Kashmir in Ladakh.
In a post on X, Union home minister Amit Shah said the government is "fully committed" to the all-round development of Ladakh and claimed that the decision will enhance access to justice to citizens living in remote areas.
