Regarding the suspicious death, Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office; Ramazan Arıkan's daughter Hacer Sude Arıkan (20), his son Batuhan Arıkan (16), his ex-wife Sultan Seki (40), the truck driver Mustafa Ünal (42), who was determined to have a love affair with Seki, Ertan Ede, who allegedly helped the suspects in obtaining the drug in question and stated that he was a cleaning officer in GATA, lawyer Özge T. and Delivery Ç, who was claimed to have helped the family after the incident. He filed a lawsuit against him at Ankara 33rd High Criminal Court.

The trial of the case with 7 defendants lasted two days. The court decided to hold the hearing in camera because Batuhan Arıkan (16), who was among the defendants and explained all the details of the murder with his confessions during the investigation phase, was under 18 years old at the time of the crime. At the hearing, Mustafa Ünal, the critical defendant in the file and alleged to have an affair with Ramazan Arıkan's ex-wife, did not make a defense on the grounds that he was "not well".

The court board took the other defendants out of the courtroom so that Batuhan Arıkan, the critical defendant of the file, could 'defend himself comfortably'. Batuhan Arıkan once again explained the confessions he made during the investigation phase regarding how the murder was committed in the courtroom, in full detail, and claimed that he said, "On the day of the incident, my mother forcibly sent me to my father. My mother and Mustafa forced me. I am innocent."

THE HEARING HAS BEEN POSTPONED

Mother Sultan Seki rejected her son's claims. It was reported that the other defendants denied the accusations against them in their defense in court.

After the break, the court decided to continue the detention of the 4 defendants and postponed the hearing.

In his statement, Batuhan Arıkan said that he held his father's arms and Mustafa Ünal stabbed him with the needle.
