O candidato chegou à cidade por volta das 16h30 e se reuniu com lideranças políticas da região na Avenida Doutor Lisboa, no Centro. Em seguida, participou de uma caminhada com eleitores e apoiadores, passando pelo Mercado Municipal e pela Catedral Metropolitana.

Durante a agenda, Cleitinho defendeu ampliar o atendimento de saúde no interior do estado, por meio de parcerias com hospitais e consórcios.

"O que eu mais ouvi de reclamação aqui é a questão da saúde. A gente precisa trazer saúde para a região, não deixar só lá na capital. Em parcerias com hospitais, todas as secretarias, consórcios, vai trabalhar muito a questão de saúde", afirmou.

Durante a caminhada pela região central, o candidato também conversou com comerciantes.

Antes de Pouso Alegre, Cleitinho passou por Itajubá e Santa Rita do Sapucaí. Depois, seguiu para Machado, onde participou da abertura da Festa do Peão.
