Child obscenity operation: 6 arrests

Under the coordination of the Tekirdağ Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, Tekirdağ Provincial Police Department teams carried out a study on obscene content of children within the scope of virtual patrol activities within the framework of Article 226 of the Turkish Penal Code.

7 SUSPECTS WERE TAKEN INTO CUSTODY

According to the news on İHA, a simultaneous operation was organized within the scope of the investigation. 7 suspects were detained during the operation.

6 SUSPECTS WERE SENT TO PRISON

While 6 of the suspects who were referred to the judicial authorities after their procedures at the police station were arrested, a judicial control decision was given for 1 suspect. The arrested suspects were handed over to the penal institution.
