President Erdoğan was welcomed with an official ceremony in South Korea

President Erdoğan and his wife Emine Erdoğan were welcomed by South Korean President Lee and his wife at the Presidential Palace, where they arrived with their official vehicle. After Erdoğan and Lee took their places in the ceremony area, the South Korean national anthem and the National Anthem were played by the military band.

At the ceremony, President Erdoğan and South Korean President Lee mutually introduced the members of the delegation.

The two leaders and their spouses moved to the area reserved for them.

Here, a martial arts demonstration was presented by the South Korean National Taekwondo Demonstration Team.

President Erdoğan occasionally shook hands with South Korean President Lee Jae Myung during the demonstration, which he followed with interest. At the end of the show, the team opened a banner saying "welcome" to President Erdoğan and his wife Emine Erdoğan.

After the welcome, the two leaders had a one-on-one meeting.
