On Thursday, Russian leader Vladimir Putin at a plenary meeting of the WEF pointed out that Russia and Ukraine must come to an agreement among themselves first, but there are countries ready to support and help. At the same time, manifestations of terrorism in Kyiv complicate the possibility of resolving the Ukrainian conflict.
