지난해 같은 기간과 비교하면 거래량은 15.1% 줄었다. 다만 거래금액은 5.3% 늘었다.
전국 16개 시도별로 울산(5건)의 감소 폭이 82.1%로 가장 컸다.
이어 인천(32건, -48.4%), 대전(17건, -41.4%), 대구(23건, -39.5%), 서울(149건, -35.8%) 등의 순으로 나타났다.
이를 포함해 총 12개 시도의 거래량이 감소했다.
거래량이 증가한 곳은 강원(45건, 50.0%), 경기(225건, 6.1%)와 세종(0→2건)이다.
제주는 14건의 매매가 성사돼 전월과 같았다.
매매 금액별로 100억원 이상 300억원 미만 거래(22건)가 전월 대비 52.2% 줄어 하락 폭이 가장 컸다.
이어 10억원 미만(503건)은 19.6%, 10억원 이상 50억원 미만(278건)은 10.3%, 300억원 이상(11건)은 8.3% 각각 하락했다.
거래가 늘어난 금액대는 50억원 이상 100억원 미만(50건, 4.2%)이 유일했다.
시군구별 거래량은 경기 시흥시(20건), 서울 강남구(18건), 경기 남양주시· 화성시 만세구·경북 경주시(각 16건), 서울 용산구·경기 김포시(각 15건), 서울 종로구·경기 파주시(각 14건) 순으로 많았다.
최고가 거래는 서울 마포구 '코너136 빌딩'으로 2천520억원에 계약이 체결됐다.
