Tong Ziwei, the Keelung mayoral candidate of the Democratic Progressive Party, invited Shen Boyang, the Taipei mayoral candidate of the Democratic Progressive Party, to the Keelung Port to admire the "Huang Ama" water balloon today (26th) evening. Tong Ziwei and Shen Boyang were in Keelung After the lecture started at the Hong Kong side, the convoy started to sweep the streets. The final stop was to Keelung Qing'an Palace where Tong Ziwei grew up and played. A large number of "little water droplets" came to the scene to accompany Shen Boyang to offer incense and pray to Mazu. Many local grandparents in Keelung shouted at the scene that this should be the largest crowd of people in Keelung Qing'an Palace in a short period of time. It was more crowded than Mazu's Christmas and New Year's Eve celebrations.

After Shen Boyang finished his lecture with Tong Ziwei at the Keelung Harbor, he and Tong Ziwei immediately boarded the Ocean Current from Gangxi Street and started a convoy to sweep the streets in Keelung City. Some "little water droplets" followed step by step, and some "little water drops" walked directly from the Ocean Plaza to Keelung Qing'an Palace, 400 meters away, to wait. Accompanied by Tong Ziwei, Shen Boyang passed through the crowds of Qing'an Palace temples and entered the main hall of Qing'an Palace, which was full of supporters. Shen Boyang and Tong Ziwei, under the guidance of the master of ceremonies, went to pray for blessings. The whole Qing'an Palace was full of people inside and outside. It was an unprecedented grand occasion.
