They were all deepfake images produced using artificial intelligence technology. They were "100% fake." He has gone to the police station to report the case and will cooperate with the police investigation. He stressed that those who produced, distributed and forwarded the videos will be pursued to the end in accordance with the law and will not be lenient.

Tsang expressed his disdain for someone using deep forgery technology to impersonate his identity to create sexual images, and then disseminate them through the Internet and communication groups to humiliate others, and he severely condemned such vile behavior. He pointed out that these false images not only hurt the reputation of the parties involved, but also affected their families for no reason. He emphasized that deepfake technology should not be used as a tool to harm others, maliciously smear or humiliate individuals, especially when it involves the forgery and dissemination of sexual images. No matter what the motivation of the producer is, technological means should not be used to infringe on the human dignity and basic rights of others.

Zeng Shengkai also pointed out that the case has been officially reported to the police and will fully cooperate with relevant investigations to clarify the source of the image production, distribution channels and related personnel involved. He also issued a stern warning to all reposters to immediately stop distributing relevant videos and photos. Do not think that just reposting in private groups will exempt you from legal liability.

He said that whether it is posted on public social platforms, reposted in communication groups, or transmitted through private messages, as long as it involves illegal production, distribution or forwarding of relevant images, we will be held accountable in accordance with the law and will not be lenient.
