A man was arrested at the Puerta del Sol camp after threatening one of the coordinators with a knife

Agents of the National Police arrested a man who was at the Puerta del Sol camp early this Friday after allegedly threatening one of the protest coordinators with a knife.

The arrest of this 61-year-old man occurred at 2:30 a.m. As confirmed by police sources, a young woman camping was heading towards what seemed like an outbreak of fight when she saw this coordinator running between the tents because the suspect, who threw a beer at her, was chasing her with a knife.

The incident would have started at the moment when the coordinator approached the point where the detainee was due to the loud noise that was being produced there. The witnesses called the Police and the Prevention and Reaction Unit traveled to the scene.
