The state expects 143.8 billion liras of revenue from real estate next year

According to the information compiled by the AA correspondent from the data of the 2027 Central Government Budget Law Proposal, the state expects to generate income from real estate, sales and rental items next year.

In this context, it is expected to provide an income of 143 billion 777 million 526 thousand liras, of which 18 billion 647 million 46 thousand liras will come from real estate rents and 125 billion 130 million 480 thousand liras from real estate sales. This amount was estimated as 31.1 billion lira for 2026.

Within the scope of real estate sales next year, the highest income, 114 billion 249 million 726 thousand liras, is planned to be obtained from "other real estate sales revenues", including 2B real estate and the sales revenues of Treasury-owned agricultural lands.

An income of 9 billion 503 million 762 thousand liras is targeted from land sales in this period. Within the scope of real estate sales revenues, an income of 1 billion 80 million 482 thousand liras is expected from lodging sales and 296 million 510 thousand liras from land sales.

Maximum income from bonus

It is aimed to provide 10 billion 945 million 998 thousand lira of the 18 billion 647 million 46 thousand lira real estate rental income expected next year from ecrimisil income.

Another important income item within the scope of real estate rental income will be lodgings. A resource of 4 billion 681 million 574 thousand liras is expected from lodging rental income. It is estimated that 3 billion 19 million 474 thousand lira will be generated from other real estate rental income.
