有彈性,但不能軟到沒支撐:太硬會卡步態,太軟會撐不住。折得動,但不會一壓就扁,這種比較剛好。

要有足弓支撐:足弓其實就是你身體的「天然避震器」。如果鞋子撐不住,壓力就會往上轉移到膝蓋。有足弓設計的鞋,長時間走路差很多。
