Dois homens foram presos, na manhã deste domingo (4), por utilizarem o celular dentro da cabine de votação para violar sigilo do voto nos municípios de Santa Luzia e Patos, no Sertão da Paraíba. A informação foi confirmada pela Polícia Militar e pela Polícia Civil.

De acordo com o Tenente-Coronel Deuslânio Menezes, comandante do 3º Batalhão, um homem foi preso em flagrante tentando filmar o próprio voto dentro de uma cabine de votação da Escola Municipal Arlindo Beto, em Santa Luzia.

"O eleitor deixou um celular com mesário e escondeu outro pra filmar a urna", disse o comandante.

O homem foi flagrado pelo mesário, que acionou a Polícia Militar. O eleitor foi conduzido para delegacia de Polícia Civil de Santa Luzia para os procedimentos de praxe.

Já em Patos, um homem filmou o próprio voto e divulgou as imagens através de um grupo em um aplicativo de mensagens, mostrando o candidato em quem ele tinha votado.

O delegado Thitto Amorin informou que, após ser notificado pela juíza eleitoral Isabela Joseane, a Polícia Civil foi até o local de votação e através da lista de eleitores que já tinham votado, identificou o eleitor.

"Fomos então à casa do indivíduo e ao chegar, fomos atendidos por esse eleitor que imediatamente já nos deu informação que sabia a razão de que estávamos lá. Que era porque tinha postado esse vídeo, mas que se arrependeu e já tinha apagado", relatou o delegado.

O homem foi conduzido à Polícia Federal, onde foi registrado um termo circunstanciado. O eleitor vai responder em liberdade.
