The DOLUNAY Project aims to prevent suspicious money transfers in fraud.

According to the AA correspondent's compilation in the 2027 Presidential Annual Program, the project aimed at rapid intervention in cyber fraud incidents from a single center, with artificial intelligence support and in coordination with judicial authorities, was included.

In the program, it was stated that legislative studies have started to implement DOLUNAY. The project aims to instantly track suspicious money movements and digital traces with artificial intelligence-supported analysis and prevent the transfer of money to different accounts or crypto assets.

Efforts to inform citizens will continue within the scope of the program's anti-fraud activities.

Next year, 192 million warning text messages about fraud will be sent. It is planned to reach approximately 1 million citizens through activities aimed at increasing social consciousness and awareness.
