After investigation, Bao Changshan, as a leading party member and cadre, lost his ideals and beliefs, betrayed his original mission, and resisted organizational review; violated the spirit of the eight central regulations and accepted gifts and gifts in violation of regulations; failed to report personal matters in accordance with regulations; violated the bottom line of integrity and obtained large amounts of money through private loans in violation of regulations. In return, he owns shares of unlisted companies; he raises materials from the masses in violation of regulations; he has no bottom line in discipline and law, turns public power into a tool for private gain, engages in power-for-money transactions, uses his position to benefit others in contracting projects, allocating project funds, etc., and illegally accepts huge amounts of property.

Bao Changshan seriously violated the party's political discipline, organizational discipline, integrity discipline and mass discipline, constituting a serious official violation and being suspected of bribery.
