The Yilan County Party Headquarters of the Kuomintang pointed out that Zhang Jiahao was nominated by the Kuomintang to run for the mayor of Zhuangwei Township in June this year. He has served in public office for a long time in the past, is familiar with local construction and grassroots affairs, and has invested a considerable amount in the local development of Zhuangwei. Now, shortly after registering for the election, he was subject to a large-scale search and detention.
