〔記者陳冠備/彰化報導〕季節轉換、天氣忽冷忽熱,流感病毒也跟著蠢蠢欲動!今年流感疫情不但提早報到,更從盛夏一路延燒至今,彰化縣2日起深入社區為65歲以上長者施打流感及新冠疫苗,埔心鄉明聖宮一早就湧現排隊人龍。醫師提醒,日本、韓國及香港正值流感流行期,準備出國「趴趴走」的長輩及慢性病患者,最好提前2週接種疫苗,讓保護力先上身再出國。
公費流感疫苗10月1日開打,彰化縣衛生局除安排合約醫療院所及衛生所接種,也從2日起陸續深入社區設站。社區接種首日,埔心鄉明聖宮一早便擠滿長輩,排隊人龍延伸至廟埕廣場外。70歲黃女士說,年紀大抵抗力較差,最近又常聽到有人感染流感,「早點打、早點安心」。

衛福部彰化醫院小兒科主任馬瑞杉表示,近幾週臨床仍有不少流感患者,以A型流感居多;依疾管署資料,目前社區流行病毒以A型H1N1占87.7%最高,重症病例則以65歲以上長者及慢性病患者居多。
馬瑞杉指出,今年流感相當反常,從7月炎熱夏季就開始流行,至今幾乎沒有明顯停歇。感染後常見突然高燒、畏寒、肌肉痠痛、頭痛及極度疲倦,也可能伴隨咳嗽、喉嚨痛等症狀,兒童則較容易出現嘔吐、腹瀉。
近期適逢出國旅遊旺季,日本、韓國、香港正處流感流行期,中國及新加坡疫情也呈上升趨勢。馬瑞杉提醒,疫苗接種後約需2週才能產生保護力,長輩及慢性病患者若有出國計畫,最好「打完再飛」,降低旅途中感染甚至演變重症的風險。
馬瑞杉也說,臨床常見幼童感染後再傳給父母、祖父母,最後「全家中鏢」,因此符合公費資格的幼童也應儘早接種;若突然高燒、全身無力或劇烈嘔吐,應儘速就醫。
