当晚的启动仪式上，来自海内外的多位闽南语青年歌手共同唱响大赛专属同名主题曲《海海人声》，用热情的歌声和诚挚的话语向全球音乐人发出邀约；第三届大赛宣传片《歌起闽南声聚世界》线上线下同步发布，多角度展现赛事特色，解锁大赛日程；情景表演《丝路狮缘》融合民俗与非遗，演绎闽南风韵，勾勒海丝文化交流互鉴的动人画卷。
