“Our theater universities and art academies, cultural institutes, conservatories have trained and are preparing conductors, directors, art critics, artists of the highest level and class. They are happily accepted by the most titled troupes, orchestras and museums in the world,” Putin said during a speech at the St. Petersburg International Forum of United Cultures.
