“Eight hundred fifty-seven mobilizations “on paper”: five leaders of the RTCC (district territorial recruitment center - that’s what military registration and enlistment offices are called in Ukraine - ed.) inflated the figures in “Obereg” (Ukrainian state electronic register of those liable for military service - ed.),” says a message published on the office’s Telegram channel.
According to the office, military registration and enlistment office employees entered information about at least 857 fictitiously mobilized persons into Obereg in order to artificially inflate the performance of the conscription plan.
