黃暐瀚引述該名國民黨立委說法指出,對方聲稱「真正的沈伯洋,是要讓社區中心發毒品,讓毒品走進我們的家庭,讓我們的孩子,可以到社區中心去拿毒品」,並聲稱沈伯洋沒有交代清楚究竟是海洛因、芬太尼或安非他命,因此可能變成「想要什麼都可以提供」,讓社區中心成為「毒品的百貨量販超商」。

對此,黃暐瀚表示,自己將相關說法看了好幾遍,感到「不敢置信」。他認為,針對沈伯洋2014年對反毒議題的「看法」提出質疑是合理的,但直接把「社區發毒品」當成沈伯洋2026年參選台北市長的「政見」,「既不負責、也不聰明、更不應該」。
黃暐瀚指出,研究一項議題未必代表就要將其推動成政策。他以自身經驗為例,2002年曾與時任台北市長馬英九參訪荷蘭紅燈區、了解性產業專區,但這並不等於台北就要推動性產業專區。
黃暐瀚表示,參選人過去說過什麼當然值得關注,但更應該檢視的是參選時實際提出的政見。他舉例,朱立倫2019年曾說「願意重啟核四」,與未參選前立場不同;馬英九2011年對於是否願意簽署「兩岸和平協議」,也曾在一週內改口。他認為,候選人的定版政見,才是對選民負責的施政方向。
