Ekrem Başkan, kendisine atılan iftiralara teker teker cevap veriyor. Örneğin, Cebeci meselesinde İBB'nin hiçbir yetkisinin olmadığını, tüm yetkinin diğer kamu kurumlarında olduğunu ispatladı.
