Enver Altaylı was arrested due to threat in the investigation of Kaşif Kozinoğlu murder

In the statement made by the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, the following was noted: "About Enver Altaylı, whose statement was taken as a suspect within the scope of the investigation carried out by our Silivri Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the intentional murder of the deceased Kaşif Kozinoğlu, during the statement he said to the Deputy Chief Public Prosecutor authorized to conduct the investigation: 'Take care of yourself, you are young, who are you, we will meet with you one day, we will settle accounts.' "Ex officio investigation procedures have been initiated for the crime of threat against a public official due to his statements such as this."

Enver Altaylı, whose statement could not be taken as a suspect due to health problems within the scope of the investigation and who was convicted in the case in which he was tried within the scope of the Fetullah Terrorist Organization (FETO), was brought to Silivri Courthouse today to take his statement.

Suspect Altaylı, whose statement was completed by the prosecutor's office, was referred to the criminal judgeship of peace with a request for arrest on the charge of "intentional incitement to murder". The judgeship decided to arrest Enver Altaylı.
