National Chengchi University Business School has received another five-year international accreditation from EQUIS, maintaining its status as the only triple-certified business school in Taiwan.

International certification blessing! National Chengchi University Business School has once again received the EQUIS 5-year international accreditation from the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD), making it the only business school in Taiwan to hold three international accreditations: EQUIS, AACSB, and AACSB Accounting. The school pointed out that the five-year certification is the highest level of EQUIS evaluation, which means that it has been recognized by international peers in teaching, research, internationalization, corporate connections and social influence, and has the level of the world's top business schools.

EQUIS is known for its rigorous and comprehensive evaluation mechanism and is a representative international certification in the field of global business education. As of September this year, only 243 of the more than 20,000 business schools in the world have passed EQUIS certification, and only 164 of them have been awarded the highest level of five-year certification. Business schools applying for EQUIS certification must undergo comprehensive reviews on a regular basis. The certification evaluation covers 106 detailed indicators such as governance, academic programs, teachers, students, research, higher education, resources, internationalization, ethical responsibility and corporate connections. After the EFMD peer review team met with the school's stakeholders and comprehensively reviewed the business school's development results and future strategies in recent years, the jury approved maintaining the highest five-year accreditation. National Chengchi University Business School has been awarded the EQUIS 5-year accreditation three times in a row. According to EFMD standards, the next visit will enjoy the "special re-accreditation" visit process, setting a new milestone in Taiwan's business education.

The school pointed out that in the feedback report, the visiting committee members highly recognized the many advantages of National Chengchi University Business School, including its deep connection with industry, alumni and social pulse, and were listed as outstanding highlights by the jury. In addition, the Business School has deeply embedded "ethics, responsibility and sustainability" in its academic strategies, cross-disciplinary courses, academic research and social participation, and has also led the trend of sustainable thinking. In terms of digital innovation and talent cultivation, members also spoke highly of the Business School’s investment in digital learning and innovation courses, demonstrating a pioneering pattern that leads the way. The committee members were also deeply impressed by the high degree of cohesion and teamwork spirit displayed by teachers, students, and administrative colleagues throughout the school during the evaluation process.
