Event in Natal debates preventing feminicide and launches observatory on the topic; find out how to sign up

The initiative is coordinated by the Center for Functional Studies and Improvement (Ceaf). The target audience includes members of the MPRN, representatives of the women's protection network and the civilian population. Interested parties can register via an online form until November 8 or in person on site. Participants will receive a certificate.

On Tuesday (10), the program includes a meeting between the attorneys general of the Northeast states. On that occasion, the Public Ministry Pact to End Feminicide will be signed. During the event, the launch of the Feminicide Observatory in Rio Grande do Norte will also take place.

The action will discuss the early identification of the risk of feminicide, based on the Protocol for Action with a Gender Perspective of the National Council of the Public Ministry. Other topics include the qualification of criminal investigation, work in the Jury Court, the improvement of urgent protective measures, risk assessment and the reception of victims and their children. The program is attended by the Deputy Attorney General of Bahia (MPBA), Norma Angélica.
