The New Taipei City Government submitted a subsidy for next year's MRT construction, but the central government cut it by 5.41 billion yuan. Su Qiaohui, a DPP legislator and New Taipei City mayoral candidate, said "not a dime will be missing." Li Sichuan, a KMT New Taipei City mayoral candidate, asked today, "Since not even a dime will be missing, why not give it now?"

Li Sichuan attended the "Diabetes Prevention and Control Publicity and Parent-child Hiking Charity Event" organized by Lions Club International today. Regarding the New Taipei MRT subsidy cut by the central government by 5.41 billion yuan, Su Qiaohui said "not a dime will be lost."
