WHO IS FATIMA EZZAHRA EL MANSOURI?

Fatima Ezzahra El Mansouri was born on January 3, 1976. El Mansouri studied law in France. He joined PAM in the 2000s and was elected mayor of Marrakesh in 2009 after winning a seat in the city council. El Mansouri later served as Minister of National Planning, Urbanization, Housing and Urban Policy during the reign of Prime Minister Aziz Akhannouch.
