Male body found in the sea in Fatih

The incident took place at Fatih Cibali Beach around 15.30. Allegedly, marine police and coast guard teams conducting a search at sea discovered the body of a man. The teams brought the person's body to the shore. The body, whose identity could not be determined, was taken to the morgue of the Forensic Medicine Institute for processing. On the other hand, an investigation into the incident has been launched.

A citizen named Kadir Kutlu, who witnessed the moment when the body was taken from the beach, said, "There were Coast Guard and Marine Police here. They took out a body, put it in a black bag, did not let anyone near it. An ambulance came, I don't know much about it. They took it out here around 16:00. The gender of the body was male, they said there were burns on its face. I suspected those who disappeared in the flood, but I guess it was not related."
