The prosecutor's office referred Kaya to the criminal judgeship of peace on duty, requesting his arrest on charges of "opposition to the Capital Markets Law" and "being a member of an organization established for the purpose of committing crimes".

The prosecutor's office referred Kaya and Gönül to the criminal judgeship of peace on duty, requesting the implementation of judicial control measures in the form of "signing" and "ban on going abroad".
