Fenerbahçe Sports Club Ordinary Financial General Assembly Meeting started at Ülker Sports and Event Hall.

Fenerbahçe Sports Club President Aziz Yıldırım, Supreme Council Board Chairman Şekip Mosturoğlu, council and congress members attended the meeting.

At the meeting, which started with a moment of silence and the reading of the National Anthem, the first election of the council chairman who would manage the general assembly was held.

As a result of the election, it was decided that Şekip Mosturoğlu would manage the general assembly.

Addressing the members of the congress before moving on to the agenda items, Mosturoğlu said, "During our term of office, the last 3 general assemblies were all extraordinary general assemblies, 2 of which were elective. During this period, our club had 2 extraordinary general assemblies and experienced a change of president 3 times. Next June, our club will hold an ordinary general assembly with ordinary elections and elect its new management.

Here I would like to underline a clear fact once again: Stability is the most important requirement for corporate success. It is not possible to achieve permanent stability through repeated elections every year. This unstable situation we have faced in the past 3 years is one of the reasons why we cannot achieve the championships we desire, especially in football. As each increasingly frequent election process damages our institutional structure, the polarizations experienced during and after the election processes greatly destroy our unity and solidarity. "My only hope is that the new administration, which will be elected for a 3-year period starting next year, will establish institutional stability and make our unity and solidarity as a community unshakable again," he said.

After Mosturoğlu's speech, the activity reports were read.

At the general assembly, the activity reports of the board of directors and the board of auditors for the financial period 01.03.2026 - 31.05.2026 will be read. The acquittal of the chairman and members of the board of directors regarding the activities related to the financial period covering these dates will be submitted to the approval of the general assembly.

Then, the budget for the period 01.06.2026 - 31.05.2026 will be read and approval will be awaited from the general assembly.

At the meeting, information and presentations will also be made about the capacity increase at Fenerbahçe Şükrü Saracoğlu Sports Complex and the projects planned to be carried out in the facilities.
