The investigation carried out by the Trabzon Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the armed attack on the bus carrying the Fenerbahçe Sports Club football team on the return from the Rize away game on April 4, 2015, at the Sürmene Viaduct location, was recently completed and the suspects Yusuf Ö, Hakan H, Emiral A, Özgür E. and Özden R.K. In the indictment, it was stated that the intensity of the suspects' calls focused on the time of the attack was examined, and according to the hourly distribution of the 72 calls that took place on the day of the incident, it reached the highest level of the day with 20 calls made at 22.18, when the attack took place, and that all the suspects were active in this communication traffic.

It was stated that they held meetings with HTS, which were recorded in HTS records, and provided information that the bus was heading towards the scene.
BASE INFORMATION CONFLICTS WITH STATEMENTS
Although Hakan H. and Özgür E said in their first statements that they learned about the bus when they saw a crowd on the road, the indictment stated that HTS records, base information and other statements contradicted these statements, and it was evaluated that the suspects' statements were aimed at getting rid of the crime.
In the indictment, it was stated that a double-barreled Superpose 12-gauge hunting rifle was seized in Devran Creek, approximately 130 meters away from the scene, and that two exploded 12-gauge cartridges were found in the barrel of the rifle.
In the indictment, which emphasized that the shoe print detected on the path at the scene was compatible with the route of Yusuf Ö's residence, it was stated that the bus driver's head area was directly targeted, and that the cores of rifle pellets were removed from the palate and nasal septum.
"Attempted deliberate killing by design" was requested.
In the indictment, it is stated that the suspects committed the crime of "premeditated murder" against 39 complainants, except the bus owner, and "property damage" against İsmail Kopuz, within the scope of a single act they committed together with the will to commit a crime.
