Five bears smear Japan’s national treasure with oil to ruin its image! China's comeback was considered "reasonable" and was criticized by Taiwan's homophonic meme

Taiwanese female artist Wuxiong (Tsai Yizhen) was arrested in April this year for spilling glycerin-containing liquid on the "Buddha's Foot Stone", a national treasure of Nara Yakushi Temple, Japan. She was arrested when she went to Japan again in August. She was briefly prosecuted and released after paying a fine of 500,000 yen (approximately NT$100,000). She also issued an apology statement on the community in early September. At that time, her actions were embarrassing to the Taiwanese people, and criticism continued, which also ruined her image. Unexpectedly, yesterday (6th) singer Huang Shaogu announced that he would invite Wu Xiong to be a guest at his concert in China, which once again triggered a discussion about Wu Xiong among netizens. Taiwanese people’s favorite homophonic memes also came in handy at this time, causing Wu Xiong to lose money again.

On November 20th and 21st, he will perform in Wuhan and Changsha, China. It is announced that Five Bears will be invited as guests. 17 years ago, the two were famous for "Love Sleep". "Ultimate Three Kingdoms", and now they will work together again. He said: "17 years ago, we met in the same drama. 17 years later, she agreed to my invitation." Netizens said it was not surprising that Wu Xiong chose to "come back" at a performance venue in China after the oil incident. They joked that many people in China already hate Japan, and Wu Xiong, a Japanese national treasure who caused the oil attack, might be welcomed in China as an "anti-Japanese hero." In addition, Taiwanese netizens' favorite homophonic memes also appeared. They left many comments under Huang Shaogu's post, such as "In the ultimate Three Kingdoms, pour this oil" and "The oil blade has its advantages." They frequently called on Huang Shaogu to be careful and reminded "Xiao Qiao" not to be too moved and throw insults. Some netizens were worried that the historical relics in Changsha and Wuhan might "tremble".
