Hundreds of thousands of people are victims of fund fraud: Gürsel Erol from Butlan CHP is happy with the government's steps!

Gürsel Erol, Elazığ Deputy of CHP under the leadership of Mutlak Bulan, expressed his satisfaction with the attitude taken by the government in the investigation regarding the 'fund' profiteering, in which hundreds of thousands of citizens were victimized.

CHP's Gürsel Erol, who participated in İsmail Küçükkaya's program in the "Günaydın Türkiyem" program on Sözcü TV, claimed that AKP's President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan showed "extreme sensitivity" on the issue.

"THEY MANAGED THE PROCESS CALMLY"

Erol said, "When you mention Fatma Betül Kaya, she served as a minister during the AK Party governments of the Republic of Turkey and was an active Deputy Chairman. I think this is the fourth minister who served as a minister and was arrested during the history of our Republic. But the other three ministers were not arrested during their own government. For the first time, we are faced with the arrest of someone who was a minister during their own government and someone who was an active general. This is extremely significant in terms of trust in the judiciary and law in Turkey."

Stating that Kaya's arrest is meaningful and important, Erol said, "Could it have been covered up, could it have been covered up, could this process have been handled in a different way before it reached this point? Anything could have happened. But it seems that Mr. President is extremely sensitive on this issue. Of course, this has spread over a period of time, without rushing too much. We also see a will to manage this process calmly, without rushing and taking immediate measures in a panic."
