Russian armed forces attacked a power plant near the city of Sumy in eastern Ukraine with Fab-3000 aerial bombs and a Kiev contingent in the Zaporizhzhia region. This was reported by a press release from the Moscow Ministry of Defense. Energy infrastructures in the Kiev and Mykolaiv regions were also targeted: facilities "in the Bila Tserkva and Obukhiv districts were damaged following the enemy attack", an official said. A man was killed in an attack this morning by Russians in the Sarny district of the Rivne region. This was reported by the head of the regional military administration, Oleksandr Koval.

An oil refinery was attacked overnight by Ukrainian drones which triggered fires and explosions in southern Russia. According to Ukrainian channel Exilenova Plus, a fire broke out at the Afipsky oil refinery in the southern region of the Krasnodar Territory. Another wave of attacks hit the site in the early hours of the morning.

Three people were injured in a night attack by Russian troops in the Kiev region. This was reported by the head of the Kiev regional military administration, Timur Tkachenko, on Telegram as reported by Ukrinform. In particular, a fire broke out in a private residential building and an outbuilding in the Boryspil neighborhood. Both buildings were completely destroyed. Three people were injured. "Two of them reported an acute stress reaction, another a head injury and abrasions to the limbs. No hospitalization was necessary." According to the official, "the energy infrastructure of the Bila Tserkva and Obukhiv districts was damaged following the enemy attack. Also in the Obukhiv district, the shock wave damaged the windows of the school building and the dormitory of an educational institution. Emergency services are working on site.
