Hadi Özışık's statement about Fatma Betül Sayan Kaya: She is a landowner inherited from her grandfather

Fatma Betül Sayan Kaya, who was involved in the billions of lira 'fund' profiteering, spoke to Hadi Özışık, the owner of the Internet News site close to the government, after resigning from her post as AKP Deputy Chairman.

Hadi Özışık, who described the meeting in his broadcast on his YouTube channel, stated that Kaya said that "he had a lot of real estate inherited from his grandfather" as the source of his wealth.

Özışık said, "Fatma Betül Sayan Kaya owns land from her grandfather. In other words, almost all of Doğubayazıt is inherited from her grandfather. She told me this."

Touching on the issue of fund companies, Özışık said, "We talked about who introduced it, who encouraged it, what its purpose was actually. But that conversation will go to the grave with me."

Stating that he would not disclose what he talked to Kaya, Özışık said:

"He is incredibly demoralized and collapsed. He is crying here, his children's crying sounds can be heard in the background, and he says 'I'm bad'. I asked my questions, very important questions. But I ran out of questions, I said, 'Ms. Fatma, we will inform you'; Ms. Fatma said, 'Don't do it for the sake of God. I mean, keep it 'off-the-record'. Everything has been covered up. They tell me that there are some names, for example, mischief, 'you do this.' "Wait a minute, what am I going to explain? The woman didn't give me permission. I don't want to get worse," he said. "If I told the story for the sake of 3 cents' worth of ratings, I would be in the news on all televisions and make headlines in all newspapers."
