Serial production of the Haval H9 SUV has begun in Russia

Production of the flagship Haval SUV has started in Russia. The Kaliningrad Avtotor plant began serial production of the frame H9. Lenta.ru was informed about this by the Russian representative office of the Chinese brand. Two configurations are available for buyers: “Premium” and “Techno+”.

The model is assembled on the basis of a finished body that has been welded and painted. In the future, it is planned to gradually increase the number of technological operations and the degree of localization of production at the enterprise.

The car combines a classic frame base, comfort, modern digital technology and serious off-road capabilities. The SUV received a practical appearance and an expanded range of digital options. A durable frame structure, intelligent all-wheel drive system, low-range gears and differential locks will help motorists cope with difficult routes.

The seven-seater interior is decorated with high-quality eco-leather. For comfort, the car has three-zone climate control. The front seats, depending on the version, can have massage and ventilation functions, and double glazing improves sound insulation. The second and third rows of seats fold easily, increasing the volume of the luggage compartment.

At the beginning of 2026, the model received updates in design and technology. The car has a new radiator grille with a discreet gray design and wheel arch extensions made of unpainted plastic. The SUV received built-in Yandex Auto services, the ability to remotely update software over the air (OTA technology), as well as voice control.

Haval H9 is fully adapted to Russian climatic and road conditions. The car has a full winter package and received additional anti-corrosion treatment for the body.
