A 61-year-old man and a 48-year-old woman are arrested after an argument in an apartment in Vila Velha

A 61-year-old man and a 48-year-old woman were arrested after arguing in an apartment in Vila Velha, Greater Vitória, on Thursday afternoon (10). According to the Military Police, the couple had apparent injuries and was caught in the act.

According to the corporation, the man and woman presented different versions of what happened. In his report, the man said that, when he ended the relationship with his girlfriend, she became upset and attacked him.

The woman said that they were having coffee when the man said they had no relationship and attacked his partner.

Sought by g1, the Civil Police said that the man was charged with bodily harm under the Maria da Penha Law. The woman was charged with qualified bodily harm.

Both were sent to the prison system. The names of those involved were not disclosed.
