Man is found dead with a gunshot wound to the head in a property with drugs in Açailândia

According to information from the 26th Military Police Battalion (BPM), the incident began after an app driver called the Military Police Operations Center (Copom). He reported that he had been called to run a race and, upon arriving at the address, the passenger entered the property. At the time, the driver saw a man lying on a sofa, apparently without vital signs.

A Tactical Force team was sent to the scene and confirmed the presence of the man, who had a perforation in his skull, with characteristics of a gunshot wound.

During the search of the property, the police found a large quantity of marijuana, stored in a cardboard box covered with a material that had a coffee odor. Three precision scales and a motorcycle were also found.

The area was isolated by the Military Police to preserve the location, and the Civil Police were called to carry out the necessary procedures and begin investigations.

The exact amount of drugs seized has not yet been released and should be confirmed after weighing the material.
