Man dies after possible electric shock during roof work in São Lourenço, MG

According to the Fire Department, the team was initially called to respond to an incident reported as a fall from a height. Upon arriving at the scene, the military found the victim without a palpable pulse and without breathing movements, in a condition compatible with possible electrocution.

According to preliminary information, the man apparently was carrying out work on the roof when he came into contact with the power grid. The circumstances surrounding the incident, however, are still subject to investigation by the competent authorities.

The firefighters began pre-hospital care procedures and worked together with the Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu) team, which continued the resuscitation maneuvers.

Despite the efforts of the rescue teams, the responsible doctor confirmed the man's death at the scene.
