新增 S+ Shift 模擬換檔功能提升駕馭樂趣。

這套 Honda S+ Shift 模擬換檔功能，提供模擬升降檔感官體驗，具備更為豐富的駕馭體驗，成為繼新世代 Prelude 之後，第二款具備 S+ Shift 換檔功能的 Honda 運動化車款。同時作動模式也有差異，Civic e:HEV 開啟 S+ Shift 後會直接切換到 Sport 模式，並且沒有模擬轉速表畫面。

RS 車型有著 18 吋 Matte Black 鋁圈。

若是能比照日規與泰規操作加入 RS 車型，則會擁有全新外觀與內裝套件，包括全新設計的運動化前保桿，並在兩側新增導流口，打造出與 Civic Type R 相似的動感面容，還有黑化風格及 18 吋深色鋁圈；車內則有平底式方向盤，後方也設有金屬材質換檔撥片，搭配上車室隨處可見的紅色裝飾及車縫線，懸吊也經過運動化調校。
