Turan, in his speech during his visit to the AK Party Isparta Provincial Presidency, stated that there are issues that everyone has been saddened, disturbed and bored about lately.
Explaining that the political movement does not only promise a bridge, but also envisages social morality, Turan said:
"We are sorry, we are tired, but more than that, we are angry. Our president came from the United Nations, from America. A great visual, beautiful speeches, world relations, diplomatic relations are a tremendous political wind, but when he came here, unfortunately, he encountered an atmosphere that saddened and devastated us all. I believe that this cannot be explained to the conscience. We are a nation that has overcome earthquakes, floods, coups and many international operations, but we cannot stomach crossing the sea and drowning in a stream."
Turan stated that his conscience and heart could not take the last turn and said, "We all know how the understanding that burdens our President and increases his burden makes us pay. There is no explanation for such ambition to earn more money than you can eat. Come on, don't feel sorry for yourself, your leader, I think, 'One cannot do this to one's own political career, family and children.'" he said.
Explaining that they were discussing an understanding that harmed the image of the party, Turan noted that they had to clear this understanding.
Turan emphasized that they trust their leaders and continued his words as follows:
"We are people who know very well that he is undoubtedly one of the few leaders in the world, that he has the acumen to overcome all kinds of difficulties and troubles, and what his attitude is on this issue. While some people say 'Whatever is wrong with their friends', while others take action and protect them in the process of finding them guilty before the judiciary, our President instructs his team from the first moment and says 'Do what is necessary if anyone is wrong' is a very good attitude that shows the moral point he stands on.
He expressed it in his speech today. The person who made a mistake says that what is necessary will be done, and now we are slowly starting to feel that what is necessary is being done. Those who returned the money they received, those who began to be summoned to the court to testify, those whose property was confiscated, those who received injunctions, those who were banned from traveling abroad, etc. These will begin to be heard more and more over time and will begin to be understood. But we will all go through a process together where no one can get away with it."
Stating that the judiciary has done and will do what is necessary, and whoever has made a mistake, it will take steps on this issue, Turan said:
"It is not the place of any of us to upset the poor, the praying person. We have to get rid of the mistake of being on the agenda with the watch on his wrist, the jacket he wears, the bag he eats, the food he eats, the mistake of being a burden to this nation, his greed, his greed for money, his ambition for position. But one way or another, we have seen the result, we have seen the event. From now on, our entire institution, our headquarters, our party will work as soon as possible by taking concrete steps to relieve the society, to cure the wrong, and to come up with an understanding that will not let the wrongdoer get away with it." Just like the district governor not buying land, or the lawyer taking the right case, if we are at the headquarters, if we are a minister, a deputy, a deputy minister, we have to be careful about our steps and what we do. If we love money very much, leave the relevant duty to you as an individual. Are you playing the stock market? Are you taking on cases? No matter what profession you do. But I cannot earn money and be in the state and be at the headquarters. What makes the AK Party is the AK Party." What makes the AK Party is not the construction of roads, it is the will to open Hagia Sophia, which has not been opened for 86 years, but the will to stand by all kinds of oppressed people.
We have no interest in anyone's wealth, but you are destroying our values. We have no interest in anyone's money or money, but you are destroying our own truths. Aren't we sad? Aren't we disturbed? Aren't we all together? That's why I say we will not make mistakes, and we will not allow those who do. As they say, 'A thief has no guilt'. Yes, let's hold the thief accountable. Explaining that the society gave the AK Party its duty by believing in the good will and doing business of the AK Party and that its managers are the right people, Turan stated that being in power for 25 years is not an easy task.
Reminding that they have been in power for nearly 25 years, Bülent Turan said, "If we made mistakes, could we be in spite of society? There is a test ahead of us. We can pass this test and pass it. If we do not deal with this test and make mistakes, we may fall under it. This test is our test. We have to give this together. "I trust our President," he said.
Stating that they have adopted the principle of "Whoever deceives us is not one of us", Turan said:
"The person who deceives us, regardless of his authority, position, or kinship, is not one of us. Our President also said this. I hope we will start taking these steps without delay. We are all people who know how our President says 'One minute' and challenges the world when necessary. I've been with you since my childhood. We tried to take some of the burden off of him. I'm sure he will do what is necessary. But I want to say this, our President's scalpel is sharp. Anything else. But friend, can't we take a step without being the subject of a scalpel? Wouldn't the 1, 5, 10 people who tire us out say, 'I will do what is necessary without being subjected to a scalpel?'
I think that without tiring our President, his interlocutors should take steps as required. I also call on him to do what is necessary. We will not be discouraged. We have overcome great challenges, and we will overcome this too. They say the greatest curse is despair. Without hope, there is no life, we have no claim. Our elders say that they know us by our hope. That's why we won't continue to darken our lives out of hope and hope. "We will strive to do much more."
