"We are radically transforming our security concept with the high-tech projects we have implemented under the coordination of our Ministry of Internal Affairs and within the body of our Gendarmerie General Command. In this context, while we are taking inter-institutional coordination to the highest level in the pursuit of cyber fraud, illegal betting and digital crime proceeds with the DOLUNAY Project, we are creating a strong infrastructure for our big data analytics, crime prediction and artificial intelligence applications, thanks to the Gendarmerie Law Enforcement Operations Project. By combining this infrastructure with the Gendarmerie Smart Patrol Application in the field, we are creating artificial intelligence for our law enforcement units. We provide intelligence-supported facial and license plate recognition capabilities, and we put our fight against organized crime organizations on a scientific basis with the PARS Crime Analysis Application. Thanks to the DETECTIVE application we developed, our JASAT units can solve even the cases that remained unsolved in the past in a short time. With our artificial intelligence-based ORACLE project, where all these systems are crowned, we activate three special modules that predict drugs, theft and traffic accidents. Thanks to our dynamic scenario definition ability, we detect risky areas before a crime is committed and bring our preventive law enforcement approach to the field. We reflect."
